Will is a successful finance leader and strategic business partner with more than 25 years’ global experience. He has held a number of CFO roles, including most recently at CDB Aviation, a global aircraft lessor. Will has significant experience driving business performance, organisational change and implementing IT solutions to enhance data reporting and analytics. Will has been involved in a number of M&A deals and has raised or refinanced more than US$10 billion of debt in Europe, Asia, China and the US in public and private markets. Will is a Chartered Accountant, a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a graduate of London Business School’s Senior Executive Programme and has a Bachelor degree from University of London.
