Regulatory Requirements

Risk & Security Management has developed a Field Representative Management System that allows us to effectively monitor the status of all regulatory and other compliance requirements for our field representatives including (but not limited to) licensing, training and certificate qualifications, insurance and security management systems.

Risk & Security Management and all of its field representatives (where required) maintain current licences to conduct services throughout Australia.  All operational staff and field representatives receive compliance training to keep up to date with any legislative or regulatory changes.

Our innovative Field Representative Management System allows us to continually monitor the compliance status of all field representatives.  This incorporates a diary alert system for expiration dates and information follow up dates.  The system also ensures that new jobs are not issued to Field Representatives where they have failed to provide information or documentation required for their accreditation.
