All lockouts are arranged by Risk & Security Management and supervised by licensed field representatives. Once the premises are secured, keys are delivered in the manner stipulated by the client.
An accredited field representative will attend the arranged settlement, exchange documents, collect cheques, and more. We also offer a same-day cheque delivery or deposit service.
