Mr Woolley is the Chairman of Woolley Holdings Pty Ltd, a private finance and investment company. He has had an extensive career in global financial and investment markets. Mr Woolley practiced Mergers and Acquisitions with Macquarie Bank and was subsequently the Chief Executive Officer of one of Australia’s most significant international, private investment houses for over a decade. He was the founder and Chairman of Global Aviation Asset Management, one of the world’s largest owners of commercial aircraft. He has served as Chairman and a Director of many public, private, Government and not for profit organsisations throughout his career. Mr Woolley has a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Bachelor of Law degree, with Honours from the University of Tasmania.
